why we exist
You swap numbers. You make the group chat. Three weeks later it is dead — and the best friends you made that year are people you now watch on a feed.
Everyone has lost a group like that. That is the thing this company exists to stop.
what we are
Neither one is a side project. Each is how the other gets its people.
Eco-friendly trips, beach and desert clean-ups, and psychodrama sessions that turn a bus full of strangers into a group. The trip is free to join — we earn on the activities and the accommodation.
Where the group carries on: chats, photos, the map, the music, and لمّة — a live quiz where everybody answers on their own phone, each reading the question in their own language.

Run so the place is the way we found it — or better. It is the reason people come back, and the reason we can look at the photographs afterwards.
The group does not only visit somewhere. It leaves it cleaner than it arrived, and we publish what came out.
Sessions on the trip. This is the part that turns twenty-four people who have never met into people who will still be talking in a year.
لمّة · the live quiz
The host presents on a screen shaped for a television. Everybody else answers on their own phone — an Egyptian reading Arabic and a Romanian reading Romanian, on the same question, at the same moment.
A 16:9 picture made for a TV, a projector or a screen-share.
The host reads. The room answers, all at once, on their own phones.
Arabic, English, French, Spanish and Romanian — together, not one at a time.
Scores are worked out by the server, never by the phone. The winner really won.
Every character and every drawing in the app is generated in code, and every track is public domain. Nothing in it belongs to anybody else.

Prices in Egypt and the wider region are set at roughly half the European ones, because €19 is a different sum in Cairo than it is in Copenhagen. Permanently free for partner NGOs and for any group running a clean-up.

Erasmus+ projects, schools, youth NGOs, companies: we will run a multilingual quiz night for your group — custom questions, a rehearsal beforehand, and someone present on the night — at no cost the first time. You watch thirty of your own people play in five languages before anybody discusses a euro.

Moments is founded and run by Ayser Elrifay — who writes the software, runs the trips, and answers the messages. There is nobody between you and the person responsible.
